Auction Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions 1. All bidders and others attending this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound by them 2. TERMS: Payment for purchases may be made by cash, cashier's check, credit or debit card, or personal check. All checks will be made payable to Vold Auctions. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks and will be responsible for any expenses due to collection of bad checks. Bidder agrees not to dispute debit or credit card transactions. There is a 3.75% processing fee added to invoice total for card transactions. Sales tax will be charged in instances where the law requires. 3. SETTLEMENT: Must be made at conclusion of auction. Nothing to be removed until settled for. The merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at time of purchase and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. 4 DISPUTES BETWEEN BIDDERS: The Auctioneer shall designate the Purchaser after each item of merchandise is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer reserves the right to re-open bidding. The Auctioneers' designation of a buyer shall be final. 5. NO WARRANTY: The description of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statement made by Owner, it's Officers, Agents and Employees of Auctioneers concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either express or implied. ITEMS SOLD AS IS-WHERE IS. 6. INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. 7. Owner has the right to reject bid unless otherwise stated. 8.
